1. When will I receive my item?
All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase.
Generally speaking, standard shipping times then apply which you can check with the tracking link that we send you after you've made an order.
With that said, deliveries can take longer for international orders due to customs regulations within your country (which hopefully won't be the case!).
Please do let us know at email@example.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time and we'll definitely help you follow up!
2. Where is my item?
Don't worry, more likely than not, it's on it's way to you!
You can always check the status of your order from the "Track Packages" menu above by putting in your tracking code and email.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
We're big fans of PayPal, whether it's paying with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx or Discover. You can safely use whatever card you choose.
They're just the best, so why do anything else!
4. Do you ship internationally?
You bet we do! Just know it takes a little longer to get to you though, but as always you'll be able to track your package to make sure it'll get to you safe and sound.
5. How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Unfortunately that depends on the country you're in and the only way you can find out is adding the product to cart and getting to the check out page to be 100% sure.
6. The product page isn't loading, what's happening?
Try using a different browser or come back later to check it out. Our site is up 99.9% of the time, so in case this is happening to you multiple times, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
7. I just noticed I chose the wrong item/size/color, can you fix this?
Let us know ASAP at email@example.com, if we can we'll change it out for you, but just know we print and ship fast here so the earlier the better!
8. I just noticed I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to change the shipping address for you so you get your product without hassle.
9. What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
The most important thing is your happiness. If you're not happy in any way, know that we'll be happy to refund your money within 60 days of the purchase date. This doesn't cover shipping. Please read the sizing chart to know you are getting the correct size.
10. What quality can I expect from my items?
All of our apparel comes from well known brands like Gildan and Bella so the quality of the apparel is top class. In terms of printing, we've searched far and wide to find a good one so know that your product will be first rate!
11. What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?
In case your item was listed "undeliverable" and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost. Don't worry, we got your back!
12. What happens if my item is damaged?
We're sorry about that. Take a photo of it, send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a replacement for free!
13. What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
The same situation applies with the above, we'll have a replacement sent out to you provided the photo is sent to us within 60 days of purchase.
With that said, do make sure to read the washing instructions so that your item will look good no matter what!
