With that said, our aim with I'd Hike That is that you have an incredible experience with I'd Hike That even if you end up feeling disappointed with your purchase, and so I hope I can achieve that below!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we really can't do anything since it's just been too long.
If you've purchased within 30 days though, here are the steps that you can take to ensure you're happy with your purchase!
For exchanges, we totally understand that shopping online, especially for apparel, can be very difficult. That's why we're happy to do exchanges for issues involving printing mistakes or sizing issues. Should there be any other issue, this will be handled on a case by case basis. We will process the exchange when you prove that you have sent the item back to PO BOX 196 OREGON CITY, OR 97045. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping expense unless the fault is ours (such as a printing mistake).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For refunds, a refund can be processed in the event that you're wholly unsatisfied or disappointed with the purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For a refund, please note that the refund will only be processed when the item is returned and that all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, if the item you've purchased was discounted, we will not be able to do an exchange for you as the sale is final :( The only condition in which we will consider doing an exchange or refund is if the product has a defect. Please contact us if that is the case and it will be handled asap.
While we will honor our promises 100%, we do reserve the right to review each case on an individual basis in the event there are potential problems.
