How Will My Order Ship?

When Will My Order Arrive?


  • For up-to-date order status, click on the “Track Packages” link in the bottom of the website. We’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your items leave the warehouse. From our Oregon warehouse, it should take about 7-9 days after ordering to receive your new hiking products.

    Free Shipping?

    Any order over $60 will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we provide free shipping or charge shipping of $4.99 for orders under $60. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay!

    AMAZING NEWS! We offer a great return policy! No questions asked!

    You can return or exchange items purchased within 30 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, and unwashed. No reason needed!

    • We reserve the right to limit returns.
    • Exchanges will only be processed for the exact same item in an alternative size or color.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable.
    • Include a return address.
    • All refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

    Once we receive it we will exchange or return your payment. You are responsible for the shipping back. We pay for the exchange shipping to you. Let us know if you have any questions. We want you to love what you receive.

    Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

    Your return/exchange will be processed when we receive the original item back at our facility.

    For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item when the original item has been received, in resell-able condition, at our facility.

    For returns, we will issue a refund when the original item has been received, in resell-able condition, at our facility.
